The Yoga of Naturally Being Yourself

“It’s a lie that any thing gives you fulfilling, true, deep joy. Joy is your nature.” We can feel deeply conflicted when following our hearts doesn’t line up with what we or others think we should be doing. When we reach the proverbial and often frightening “fork in the road,” we have a choice to be true to ourselves. Gangaji begins this meeting speaking about the difference between being norma...

the concepts of spirituality and enlightenment are the biggest traps of all........when you get tired of chasing after them and volunteer to help others and focus on creating value in the world and stop whining about wanting to be "happy" you will find that your life has meaning and life itself is enough......

She can't be a god. God is not subservient to anything or anyone, yet she is. God is not a finite creature, she is. God does not eat food, yet she does. The definition of God is has God Almighty informs us in His last Revelation to mankind, the Qur'an (translated meaning) 'Say, He is Allah the One, the Only. Allah the Eternal, Self Sufficient, the Absolute. He begets not, nor is He begotten. And there is nothing like unto Him' Surah al Ikhlaas.

the worst trap is spiritual ego of course where there your idea doesn't match their 8 volume. essay about what enlightenment should be it has to be theirs even if the essence and recognition or experience is slightly. Different ex they had an obe experience. or kundalini awakening. or somahdi it is all the same .the seer is the same what is the one truth by knowledge. we can have that gives us complete. Knowledge of everything. so we don't need to be a certain. race or carry complete. Vedic library. in our head?

Hi beautiful Gangaji lol as You can not actually be identified. I went to Satsung with you many years ago in Santa Fe. I had an experience of the core of myself is peace. Four years ago I was going into surgery for the cancer. My daughter asked me if I was afraid as she was. I was not afraid and I told her. I was drawing on this inner knowing of peace and love. This still sustains me as the cancer has come back. I am getting treatment and seek the best help I can get for my physical condition and draw on my inner knowing of my core.

The worst is realizing how many decades of life were lost in a mental labyrinth and wishing to go back and have that space of mind then. That keeps the ego alive and in tremendous pain, resisting what is, but not easy to let go of.

Dawn!! My friend Dawn died November '21, and I just astonishingly came across a young her in this video. Maybe not so astonishingly, she is helping to further the acceptance I experienced when talking to Gangaji online about three weeks ago, including the nature of the storytellers addiction to itself. Thanks D and G.. and H! I loved that he used the term "word salad;" I can completely see the mind that thinks it's word salad. He must have had a heck of a bad experience and therefore categorized as "ALL Satsang." I LOVED that he just went with it and more than that... that Gangaji still led him in. If one cannot challenge their external "problem" it will remain their stumbling block that they're angry at, that they fear, that they fight... etc. This was wonderful!

There is no god, there is no satan. These are nothing but human projections from not being willing to accept verifiable reality as it is - like children in fear. Have some courage and think and feel for yourself! Humanity will not survive if we continue to ignore climate desaster. Verifiable truth remains verifiable truth.
